What information do I need to get a quick quote?

Most applications are client specific or tailored using a modular design of standardized components.  Typically we can walk you through the questions necessary to gather all the pertinent system information.  The best way to quickly communicate project details is with an initial inquiry under Contact Us or directly to sbeauchamp@golddispensing.com. We will then address if an establish solution will suit your needs or if you will need a client specific system engineered for your application.

Do you have customer service?

Customer Service is what raises GOLD standards.  We work with each client to ensure we can either create a solution or guide our clients to qualified suppliers that will have a suitable product in the event we are not in possession of the optimal solution. G.O.L.D. (Genuine Optimized Lubricant Delivery) is not only our name but our credo.

What’s your return policy?

 

Our systems are manufactured to order for each client PO. Most of the materials are unusable once wired and modified to fit the client application.  Payment of 60% the project quote is due NET (5) upon Purchase Order and is non-refundable.  Once payment is received, we will manufacture and ship your solution within 3-4 weeks.  If you need to cancel your order, make engineering changes, or change terms, additional charges may apply.  If any of the system components are usable on additional in-house projects, we may, at our discretion, waive the payment balance upon termination of your order.

We want to be up front and clear that we are a specialized engineered solutions supplier and manufacture client specific solutions.  We can work with you on sourcing the best possible solution for your dispensing needs.

For non-engineered solutions, commodity items, and general standard product lines we will have a 20% restocking charge plus any applicable shipping charges.  We reserve the right to refuse credit for any material returned in non-resalable condition.


 

 

 

 

 

Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?

No, we will need a physical address, in the United States, to process an order.  It is best practice to sign for any deliveries as to ensure timely receipt for scheduled installations.
